the location proved convenient, especially since it was near my office.

I experienced issues with the air conditioning. It was exceedingly loud. temperature control was not functional. It only operated either fully on, producing a noise akin to being inside an aircraft, or completely off. furthermore, the bathroom cleanliness was substandard, and the shower pressure was noticeably low.
